How long will my items take to ship?
Due to COVID-19, orders will take longer than usual. We hope to have your package delivered to you within two to six weeks of your purchase. If you do not receive your package within that time frame, please contact us. Our goal will always be to ship out your orders as quickly as possible. Our brand items are made to order, so your shipping time includes customization, fulfillment, and shipping times.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Every single Miracle Bandz item is customized and made to order. Once an order is placed, we start making your product immediately so it cannot be cancelled. Only under extreme circumstances, can we issue a return and refund. In that event, the customer must cover the return cost before they are issued a refund.
Will all my items be shipped together?
Due to the variety of items on the site, it is possible that your items will be packaged separately and arrive at different times. We like to keep our process as smooth as possible, so we may ship out your oder in separate packages to speed up complete order delivery. Please contact us if your order is a gift and should be shipped together. (THIS MAY EXTEND SHIPPING TIME, IF COMPLETE ORDER SHIPMENTS IS POSSIBLE)
How often are new products added to the site?
New items are added to the site after the completion of a collection cycle. We are constantly updating our inventory to match the demands of our customers.
